I had a great week, but I did not lose any weight. I still weigh 159 lbs. - maybe next week I'll lose a few.
Here's what I did:
8 Mar – Weights 25, Stairs 30, Bike 35, 1300 cal
9 Mar – DDR 30, 1100 cal
10 Mar – Bike 30, Treadmill 30, Weights 30, 1200 cal
11 Mar – Weights 15, Bike 25, Bball 45, 1500 cal
12 Mar – Bike 30, Treadmill 30, Weights 25, 1100 cal
13 Mar - Weights 20, Stairs 10, Bike 10, DDR 30, less than 1000
