I was very touched by our year end school assembly because my President Elect, Sheryle Coray, surprised me and had all of the students hold up banners and thank me for the great year. She then presented me with a bejeweled belt that said "I Can Do Hard Things." I got a little teary as I watched everyone and received the thoughtful gift! It's hard to be SO vested in something that you know has to come to an end. I'm just grateful I had the opportunity to do it!
