Bear Lake 2009

Last week was our Annual trip to Bear Lake with my family. Everyone was able to come except for my older sister, Amy, and her family - we really missed them. Grandma Hall came with us this year and we really enjoyed having her with us all week. We had such a fun vacation and the kids seemed to enjoy every bit of it. The weather was pretty windy everyday, but it did not hinder our fun. We enjoyed boating, playing on the beach, swimming, horseshoes, lawn games, ATVs, fabulous food, shakes, and late night games. And to top it off, Friday's weather was IDEAL!!! I can't believe it's already over. I can't wait until next year!

Family Lagoon Day

As long as I can remember, we have always had a yearly Family Lagoon Day with all of my relatives. Because we are all married and have children of our own, it has moved to the next generation. So, now, my mom, siblings, and all of their children spend a day at Lagoon together and this year was a blast. We had some very warm weather to begin with and loaded up with sunblock. A few hours later it began to rain and rain. We stayed in the pavilion, ate dinner, and goofed with the fam' until the rain let up a little. We spent the rest of the day enjoying really short lines since everyone left. We stayed until it closed and the kids had a great time with their cousins. I love Family Lagoon Day!!!

(Amber does not like riding the rides and I couldn't believe she got on this. She was very concerned the entire time.)

I spent the day with Landon since I couldn't ride anything myself (except the merry-go-round and train, of course); we had a lot of fun together.

Jason was nice enough to take James on the rides during the rainstorm - they got pretty wet.

Corbyn and his cousin, James, had the greatest time together - they were inseperable - it was so wonderful to see!!

Go Jason!

Amber did NOT like the bumper cars - she cried the whole time saying she didn't know how to do it.

At the end of the day, Amber and Landon fell asleep while we waited for all the other adults and kids to finish off with the big rides. I had fun chatting with Tracy!
