Well, I knew this week would come. Despite the fact that I worked out a ton and still ate well (maybe a few more calories than usual), I did not lose any weight. During the week, I weighed myself and had lost two more lbs., but by this morning when I did my official weigh in, I weighed 164 lbs., just like last week. That's okay though. I am still going to keep working hard because I know this will not happen each week from here on out. I know I can lose the 20 more pounds in the next few months.
