I reached my goal!! Yeah! I weigh 164lbs. - 2 lbs. less than last week. I do not plan to stop, though! I want to keep going until my birthday and see how much more I can lose. It has only been six weeks and I am down 20 lbs. - I hope that I can lose another 15 - 20 lbs. by April!
Here's what I did last week:
8 Feb - Treadmill 33, Bike 37, Weights 30, 1100 cal
9 Feb - Stairs 10, Bike 40, Weights 20, 1200 cal
10 Feb - Bike 30, Treadmill 37, Weights 25, 1300 cal
11 Feb - Stairs 25, Bike 20, DDR 25, 1200 cal
12 Feb - 1100 cal
13 Feb - Stairs 20, Bike 20, 1200 cal
I always believed that eating healthy, eating less, and exercising more would take too long to lose any significant amount of weight . . . I was wrong. I feel like these past 6 weeks have flown by! It's always SO hard to start something like this because you just think about how long it will take and how impossible it seems to do. It's amazing how much it empowers you, though, once you begin and stick with it! When you see the weight coming off and you know that you are benefiting from your hard work, it makes you want to keep going . . . and going . . . and going! :)
