I cannot believe it has already been one month since I started - wow! Here's what I did last week:
25 Jan - Bike, 30, Treadmill 17, Weights 25, 1100 cal
26 Jan - Weights 15, Bike 30, DDR 20, 1400 cal
27 Jan - Elliptical 33, Treadmill 20, Weights 25, 1200 cal
28 Jan - Weights 20, Stairs 10, Bike 40, Basketball 45, 1200 cal
29 Jan - Bike 30, Treadmill 20, Weights 25, Treadmill 25, 1600 cal
30 Jan - Stairs 20, Bike 30, 1100 cal
My new weight is: 170 lbs. - I lost 1 lb. and I am totally okay with that! I was scared that this would be my week that I didn't lose any or possibly gain a pound, so 1 lb. is awesome. That's 14 lbs. so far and I'm gonna keep on going!
