Just in case you were wondering . . .

I am not going to keep boring you with my weight loss information, on Mondays, anymore. Technically my goal was to lose 2o lbs. by my birthday, April 7th, and to keep track of my progress until then. Well, my birthday has come and gone and I have lost 28 lbs. I am certainly going to keep going and I really, really want to lose 10-15 more lbs.. I might periodically report what I have done on here, but it won't be every week. Thanks, everyone, for your support with this goal! It really has been very rewarding and I feel better than ever!!!

Amber's 5th Birthday

Amber turned 5 in March and had her very first birthday party with friends. We played games, ate cupcakes, and opened presents. What a fun, cute, group of little girls. Amber had a great time!

Corbyn earned his Bobcat

Last month, Corbyn went to his first Pack Meeting for Cub Scouts and he earned his Bobcat award. It's pretty awesome to have him be so gung-ho! It's so cute because every time he wants to work on his cub scouts, he dresses in full uniform. I told him that he doesn't need to put on his uniform to pass things off, but he said, "yes I do, mom, because a cub scout promises to do his best." Yep, that's my guy! :)

Week Thirteen

I didn't do great tracking my calories and exercise this week, so this is my modified post.

29 Mar – Bike 30, Treadmill 31, Weights 25,
30 Mar –
31 Mar – Gym 90
1 Apr – Bike 30, DDR 15
2 Apr – Gym 90
3 Apr – Running 40

I am still the same weight, but I think my body is changing even though I have not lost more weight. I tried to have dessert on my birthday, but I just couldn't do it. I know it is okay to have sweets, but I am not ready.

Week Thirteen

I am in St. George and don't have my scale to report my new weight. Sorry. I did go to the gym for 1 1/2 hours when we got here, then I went running for 40 minutes the next day. I have stuck to my eating habits and have not had any treats while here. I hope my weight will be the same or lower, but I am just not sure. I will report as soon as I get back home. (For now, I am headed to the gym for another workout this morning. Thank goodness the kids really like the nursery down here!)
