My brother in law captured this photo the other day when we were at a family get together. What can I say? Train up a child the way they should go and . . . . they'll leisurely lay on a couch with BYU helmet on while reading. AWESOME!
Love that. We too believe in brainwashing our children from infancy in the greatness of BYU. :) When we were at the zoo a year ago, Gideon was 2 1/2, and I asked him what the cougar says when we were looking at the zoo cougar. I did NOT teach him this... his answer was "B-Y-U-Cougars!" I was thinking he'd know to roar, but that was an even better response in my book. :)
I am the wife of a "ridiculously good looking" man (Jason) and a stay at home mother of 6 (4 girls, 2 boys). I am kind of loud, a little goofy, mildly sarcastic, and a teeny bit social - okay, maybe that's a slight understatement! I love to be with people (especially Jason), laugh out loud, make friends, and hopefully not embarrass myself too much with my forgetfulness and more than occassional clumsy behaviors. I love music, reading, running, skiing, playing basketball, going to the gym, and looking at myself in the mirror (no, just kidding - I don't ever do the last one - he he.) I am a BYU sports fanatic and I LOVE football season! I have been married 17 years and I am the happiest person ever.

LOL. You must be a very proud mommy right now. :-)
Too funny...you win mother of the week!
I love wearing helmets when I read also!!!
The reading part is good; don't know about the helmet part. Maybe if it was RED!
