Week Five

I just got back from my "last chance workout" and I'm ready to report on what I did last week.

1 Feb - Bike 30, Treadmill 20, Weights 25, 1100 cal
2 Feb - DDR 20, 1200 cal
3 Feb - Weights 20, 1700 cal
4 Feb - Weights 20, Stairs 11, Bike 45, Basketball 45, 1400 cal
5 Feb - Stairs 10, Bike 60, Treadmill 30, Weights 30, 1700 cal
6 Feb - Stairs 10, Bike 30, 1200 cal

It's becoming more of a lifestyle and I like it. I still have not had a single treat since January 4th and, surprisingly, I don't mind. I know that I will start having treats again, but I am not sure when . . . I don't want to ruin a good thing, especially since I am really not missing having the treats.

My new weight is: 166 lbs., I lost 4 lbs. this week, yippee!!! It might have helped a little that Fast Sunday was yesterday ;)

I'm down a total of 18 lbs. since I started and my goal is 20 lbs. by April. Well, I am sure you know as well as I know that I will not be content to stop at 20 lbs.! I am just going to keep going and see what happens.

Mindy you have such a beautiful family! I haven't seen you in years. You haven't changed a bit. I found you through Cortney's blog. Thank heaven someone keeps up with everyone else. I'm so happy for y'all. Congrats on the cute addition.
