Week Thirteen

I didn't do great tracking my calories and exercise this week, so this is my modified post.

29 Mar – Bike 30, Treadmill 31, Weights 25,
30 Mar –
31 Mar – Gym 90
1 Apr – Bike 30, DDR 15
2 Apr – Gym 90
3 Apr – Running 40

I am still the same weight, but I think my body is changing even though I have not lost more weight. I tried to have dessert on my birthday, but I just couldn't do it. I know it is okay to have sweets, but I am not ready.

I meant to tell you that you looked GREAT at church on Sunday! Looks like you have lost quite a bit!! Great job!!
