After two weeks of not losing any weight, I finally lost 5 lbs. - yeah!!!!!!  I now weigh 159lbs. :)  It's been three years since I have been in the 150s.  I would sure LOVE to get in the 140s!!!  I can do it, I can do it!
Here's what I did last week:
1 Mar – Weights 21, Stairs 30, Bike 26, DDR 20, 1100 cal
2 Mar – Weights 20, Stairs 10, Bike 20, DDR 20, 1000 cal
3 Mar – Bike 30, Treadmill 30, Weights 25, 1000 cal
4 Mar – DDR 25, Basketball 60, 1200 cal
5 Mar – 1100 cal
6 Mar – 1000 cal
