Week Twelve

I cannot believe that it has already been 12 weeks since I started my own weight loss program - it has gone by really fast! This last week I lost another pound, so that makes a total of 28 lbs. in 12 weeks. I am completely satisfied with that. Yesterday there were a few people at Church that noticed I looked different and I appreciated their nice comments. Even though I don't expect it and I don't need it, I would be lying if I said it didn't make me feel good.

Here's what I did last week:

22 Mar - Bike 15, Stairs 20, Bball 30, Weights 25, 1100 cal
23 Mar - Weights 20, Stairs 30, Bike 30, DDR 20, 1200 cal
24 Mar - Bike 30, Treadmill 30, Weights 25, 1200 cal
25 Mar - Weights 20, Stairs 30, Bike 30, DDR 15, 1400 cal
26 Mar - Bike 30, Treadmill 30, Weights 30, Elliptical 14, 1300 cal
27 Mar - Stairs 10, Bike 20, 1900 cal

Great job Mindi!!! So, now that you've been eating fewer calories for so long, have you adjusted so it doesn't feel like it's such a little amount?

That is so great Mindi! And congrats to Corbin on the baptism! He really is such a cute kid...especially with the green pants! Love it!
